  The prices for custom designed jewelry depends on the complexity of the design, what metal is used and whether gemstones are included in the design. The labor charge to carve, cast and finish a simple custom ring begins at $250. The labor charge for a simple custom made pendant starts at $150. The labor charge for a championship or class ring with lettering or a design on the top and both sides begins at $1,200. The price of the metal will depend on the type metal and its weight as well as current market conditions.
